I am approaching by 3rd year of living here at Southgate Glen. If I could give a 10 star review, I would!! The office ... staff/property manager are excellent!! So easy to communicate with and very compassionate and caring. Maintenance is top notch. All employees who work here strive to do their very best. The grounds are landscaped and manicured on a regular basis. It is beautiful here. We now have an outdoor kitchen which is outstanding and so very nice for all of us to use. Wheel chair access to my apartment
In October maintenance replaced my door because in August the fire department needed to break in because my left leg was ... totally numb and they needed to get me to the hospital or I would have died. When they replaced the door they allowed me to get a keyless door entry system installed. But now the threshold was 2 inches high and very hard to get in and out of my apartment, and they are going to install a ramp inside and outside for easy access. 9 Years
I have lived here 9 years and love living here. Seeing some of the same people I see in the Office (Tracy) and in Maintenance ... (Renee) is what makes me feel at home. They have always been so pleasant and professional at all times. I have recommended these apartments before and have had some move in and will continue to recommended because of the onsite familiar faces I see and the well kept property brings comfort to me. I have been here for over 4 years. I started having medical problems in july of this year and had my left leg amputated ... in August, I still have limited mobility and get to the office about twice a week. When I go to the office I have trouble getting to my mail box, they go and get my mail for me and put it in a bag for me to carry back to me apartment. When I get a large package, they bring it to my apartment along with cookies and my mail. Maintane is always very fast to fix any problems I have and are easy to talk and work with. I am starting my forth year here and do not have plans to move. They are in the process of putting in speed bumps and all ... I can say is yah.
